Nope, tho I think Tig has also been known to respond from there? "support@graalnline".. for actuall support.. "bell@graalonline" for bell directly.. "tig@graalonline" for tig.. seems logical.. and ive also had support@graalonline solve GK specific problems such as back when loriel and jagen were on gk.. and people abused a javascript command to crash clients to steal items on gk.. whomever at support i spoke with at the time helped resolve the problem.
