Nah, I've seen some stupidly bad females on UN too. Most of those solid females you saw were probably guys anyway.

Ratio thing. There's probably like a 25:1 ration of male to female on Graal. Then for that one female, there is a 25% chance they're actually female. So there's like 100:1 males to females on Graal. Doesn't really give them a 'fair' chance to one-up the boys.
