Yep, index is now on the list of broken pages.

Yep. Same error. vBulletin never did this to me, not sure why it's corrupting so often...

I doubt it, though from what I heard Stefan did have to backup the forums, so it's possible he moved them to a new web server or something. I doubt it, though, since it's hosted on the same site as the main website.
