I highly doubt Romain would want to be Governor again. Being Kingdom leader is one of those things you only enjoy the first time you do it. Trust me, I've been leader of CP three times and only really enjoyed it the first time as the others I was only sitting in because we had no other capable leaders at that time.

I said even if he became governor he would have spoken a long time ago plenty of months have gone by and he only mentions it now.
