I am all for in-game support, there's no reason at all it can't be handled before login.

It really wouldn't take long at all to simply update the website and client to provide contact information. Why it hasn't been done yet is beyond me...
edit: and when I say client I mean a permanent link on the news page or something

We've been asking for a permanent link to support on the news page and will continue to ask.

Support is needed for the players comming from iPhone too. I gurantee that there are hundreds of players that cross over each month but are left cluecless and have problems. Imagine all the potential players we have detered away because we have no real way for support. Only to contact the PWA, but beginners are totally clueless as to how to do that. 1/5 people would probably be able to navigate their way to here to find a contact to resolve a problem. Who would purchase a subscription when you have no real way for support. I know if I was just downloading Graal for the first time and logging in and had a problem, saw there was no support site. I would definetly not upgrade/purchase

Iphone players have their own support email which Xor maintains. Its well known by them so chances are they would contact its support for help on main. (Xor will probably find a way to sort and redirect all those emails to us out of self defense) However! oddly enough many of them have already found a way to contact the rest of the main support team.

That's what i figured. All it takes is a brain, and a bit of reading to find what you need, so i can't imagine how hard it'd be for teenagers to find ways to get help on a game. It'd be nice if navigation in general was better, but yea.
