Old/New mix of some pretty decent, and crappy gfx.
Take/Edit/Scratch/Cut/W.E. you want with any of this. I thought I could do better in some of these graphics, and they just didn't turn out to my standard. Some are an attempt at different styles hoping it'd turn out for the better. It usually didn't. So upon being disappointed, they are now going unused. Hope somebody finds use of them and it helps them more than it has for me. http://img691.imageshack.us/img691/4...sandimages.png |

Insane Asylum

It's been almost a year since my time on Frontier and the start of my Insane Asylum... Not much was really finished, the tileset was still in the making...
I may use these images again, but I don't have a problem with anyone else using them either. Shaded Legends being a medieval type server can't use them all that well, nor would I believe they would want to... So I will throw them up on here. I did create all of this, and I will not be fixing anything. (I'll give ganis if it will allow me to as well.) Also, say hi to my lovely assistant Manday... I miss her. If you use anything, all I ask is to be credited and told which server via PM. Enjoy. :noob: Check my instructions on how to use the tileset in the zip if you are using it. It may not seem like much, but a lot of rooms can be made with those tiles. |

I don't know what this is, but it will haunt me in my dreams tonight :( ... |

It was an 8 directional movement system I was working on with 3D Art. It never left testbed in the sense that it wasn't taken to Frontier or any other server. It did however get deleted with all my other work on testbed when testbed went down. (Apparently they won't notify you of these things) I wanted it to look realistic, with fingers, and a little bigger than the average character... problem is it didn't fit at all, and was only a test. Didn't even bother with the walking ganis... Whereas I still like the idea of 8 directions... and it is easily done... all weapons, bodies, heads, ganis, and other things would have to accommodate it, and is not worth the effort. That and my regular 8 directional body I was working on was wiped with my hard drive. :[ |
Very interesting sliding door... i wish the gani worked for me i dono why it not :(

I live both in MD and PA, so my IP would change.. Anyway I couldn't log in to get it, then a few weeks after I'm told testbed is gone anyway... a few months later it was back or something... Everything was gone. D: The sliding door needs to have the images in with them... I could remake it if needed. |
Please remake for me <3

Or you could just extract the frames from the GIF.

I'm not much of a GFX but I wanted to contribute something to this thread, so I made some chair tiles lol.

Listen, I'll have to go back and remake it on testbed when I have time in 2-3 weeks.
I've been busy trying to do all that I can for Shaded Legends so Cujo can semi finish the rest. Gold is almost gone, but I could still use testbed for the gani. I will make a gani tutorial as well via text for people too. Because I honestly, finally remembered, I used that one image. Separated it into three parts. I'll give you an example of two ladder ganis I've created. It uses the sprites image, but I have sprites for: Left hand Left arm Left foot Right hand Right foot Right arm Upper body Bottom left side of body. Bottom right side of body. Problem is, it can be slower this way, and required something such as photoshop to find out all the, X and Y, and W and Y points. Idling the body sways in the wind every few seconds, not that many people will be idling on the ladder for a great deal of time. Walking up and down is 'slightly' different with the hands. Ladder script made by ZeroG. Don't worry, I have not forgotten about you. (You probably just need the image uploaded to see it though. Which can be done by going to the gani and opening it as a textfile to see which image it uses.) If you still can't get it to work, just give me a week or two, Shaded Legends while I have gold is top priority, than my portfolio so that my may go back to UMBC next semester. Or just for a job. The gif that I created was my first attempt that worked horrible... I think it may have been Thor that told me to use a gani, or I did it my self, I'm not sure. Basically the gifs are consistent throughout the server and work when they want to... So the door started half closed or opened or something. Same reason I HAD to go gifs for my waterfalls... Ganis aren't continuous all throughout the server... So gifs and ganis have their pros and cons. You'll want to use it as a Gani for the door though. Basically I had it so if they were in an X or Y box the door would stay open.. ZeroG wanted me to show the rest of his ladder. :o I'll have to add in the death gani eventually. |
