My email has been locked for typing in too many wrong passwords, I helped fully locking it by writing in the wrong secret question too many times (I never take the secret question seriously, because if I did, it would be too easy for people I know to find out).
I sent a long ticket to the support and the response I got was that they don't believe it's me, even if I put all of my real information in there, hah.
