I could take a look around on your playerworld to make sure everything is in order, but I'm not a PWA so you don't have to allow me to since it would be a security risk.
If you're looking for a PWA to help with this problem, I would suggest emailing Sinkler/Gabriel, or maybe even email the new PWA, Stephen.
