Aside from liking the characters (Serene mostly), I kept playing just because I wanted to know what would happen next

awe...I actually tried it once. I didn't find it very fun. The lack of not being able to do much other than follow where the story took you annoyed me.

It's actually from a GBA/PSP game called "Riviera: The Promised Land". It's an RPG with a dating sim thrown in. You should check it out ;D
