I really like it. The only thing that bugs me is the tiny, deep red spot on the top.. almost looks like a wart.

That is uuuuuuuugleeeeeeeeeee. Sorry man, lets put it this way: if you'd never have made the ice version, or had made it first, i would have thought that rose looked damned good....but it just looks crappy because the ice one looked so good o_o

That just screams out "IM A RECOLOURATION! BURN ME!" and the petals look like a big blob of red, rather than petals

I like it looks really nice, but yeah, the petals do look like a blob, but the colors for it are very nice.

I sort of like it more than the ice version. The petals could have some more "advanced" light to them, but it's really nice the way it is. Colors = pwnage.

I prefer the ice one, just because this one lacks contrast. I'm not a fan of the dithering style you use, and you know it. It also has a gradient feel to it.

What do you have against dithering? I know you dont like it, but what did it ever do to you? I kinda like the look it gives the image. I need to work on my AA skills so I can start doing some fancy stuff with it.
