A new era... a new Archmage

Well... I have decided through many reasons that I am going to step down as Archmage...

However... I'm probably going to have to pick the new one... since I do not want some Barbarian getting the role...

If you would like to be Archmage... please post a brief summary of your RP character, an example of great intelligence, and an example of your RP speech... then I will try to meet you online for a small... meeting... I don't know... maybe tea or a stroll... remember... you are not trying to be "Grand Viser of Destruction"... you are trying to be Archmage... also I am not going to reject you immediately if your profile has "Barbarian", "Warrior", or "Priest" in it... I will excuse thieves because the old ones tend to be... special...

Edit2: ((RP reason for leaving)) I am needed greatly in my home land... in Arcanis Tix... none of my family exists to protect the city any longer... meaning I am the last hope to keep my race alive... I will return someday though, but only for moments... This place... I still call it home... a peaceful one away from the desolate battlefield that now blankets my old home... Why I am still here to tell you this? Haste isn't the best choice... I conjured up a spell to see to my world and the best time to arrive isn't now.

Some things people don't understand:
Archmage isn't kingdom specific (or shouldn't be)... neither does it require a tag... it's more like a social status that just looks better as a tag...
It doesn't matter if your good or evil... seriously... the only thing to stop you from blowing random people up is your moral values. (But it could start different problems)
People don't have to treat you differently... you have to earn the respect from each person. I wont do it for you.

Cyrin Cyrilin the Thunder Mage

Cyrin and his brother Matin came from a land far away, which is almost totally a desert. In this land, it is the tradition for Princes to go on a journey and gain new strength and wisdom. Cyrin and Matin were a twin and nephews of the King. They went on a journey, but got into some troubles. Cyrin was struck by lightning and lost a lot of strength, but got great Divine and Arcane powers. They joined Zormite later, because it contained the one thing they always had short: Water. Later, Matin found their brother Morpheus, a skilled swordsman. They now are trying to gain even more power, and get skilled in almost everything. They also are loyal to Zormite, but since the Manor they build their was burned down for a part, sadly apparantly by a fellow Zormite member, they seem to dwell there less.

I can't really give an example of RP speech if no one's talking to me o.o

Although yes, Shawn is a mage, and a somewhat skilled one at that, the fact remains that he's 17 years old, foolish at times, and quick to let his emotions get the best of him in dire situations. I don't think it's good to have an Archmage that goes and hides for a week because he's mourning a death. You need a stronger personality than him.

Sorry if it disappoints, but that's just how he acts. (Though with the lack of other RPing lately, it's hard to tell. )

You can't stop being Archmage... you're one of the few competent RP'ers left, plus you've been Archmage forever. When I see Archmage, I think Ed. You've got every spell, one of the few who are actually a sorcerer, and one of the very few who use the original mage robes. But since you have many reasons, can you give us atleast 8? :P

Arg... 8 reasons
1. I've been Archmage for a long time...
2. It's hard to RP an Archmage... seriously... the dilect is annoying unless you talk like an old guy that reads dictionarys to pass his life.
3. Hanging around GK is boring unless something new happens.
4. I've achieved alot of my GK goals.
5. I feel like giving someone else a chance to wear the title.
6. I have other things to do.
7. Not many RP... they just wear tags.
8. I'm not gone forever... 1 Graalian Day is 1 year in Arcanis Tix.
