Unable to log in.

I'm wondering if any Admin is able to fix this problem as I've struggled to get help so far.

When I try to log in it goes to a black screen and then back to the login screen. I've been told that this might be because it's sending a confirmation e-mail for me to allow the new computer (I had computer protection enabled before) but the problem is I have no clue what e-mail my account is registered to as I haven't played in so long.

I tried logging into my account on my old laptop which I used to play on and it works fine.

I'm hoping it's possible for someone to either allow my new computer for me, tell me which e-mail address it is registered to or change the e-mail to one that I can remember so that I can confirm it myself.
