I just finished zipping 1600 files of Old Graal levels. They are from the v1.1, so they have a lot of copyright things. I'm going to try and go through and change a lot of names, because I want to keep places like Yoshi Town, and maybe even nWo town. There are probably over 1000 levels and about 600 gifs (I'm probably wrong), and I think you can get over 20 hearts. If we do choose to do this project, we are going to need to change some things. Also, we should try and bring back some old guilds.

I'm not stupid enough to post the zip here.

Break it down into parts then zip each individual part.

She means those lamers with the GServ would go OOH and host their own cloneworld.

For public consumption - the gif to png.mng NPC/Level Assimilator by honds. It will change all occurences of gif to png, unless a mng file exists in the directory chosen...in that case it'll change it to a mng. Saves a lot of time.

I can help if you want... I'm restoring Elven Lands for personal use, and maybe send it back in (without SK's NPCs and such) if people want me to.

I could do about 600 levels if you want. It'll take me about... Maybe 2 or 3 days. I work fast.

We should start a LAT poll...Hey Psyker! When you get a chance, make a list of everyone who's been saying they wanna help out...checkbox/mutiple choice poll, whoever gets the most is in charge of the rest.

Then they can handle dividing the levels and assimilating and removing copyrights....

It took me about an hour to go through the whole world (most of it) and get 20 hearts, level 2 sword, level 2 shield, and fireball. Instead of removing things like Yoshi Town, we can rename it.

How will we do the hiring? GAT/FAQ is not needed, they weren't exactly around back then. NAT wasn't either, but that was because scripting was simple. LAT came about mid 1.2, but we need LAT if we plan to do this. Should we have GPs? There are still quite a few bad links to work out, but we might as well put together a small force of about 6 GPs. We don't really need an owner, just a GM. Maybe a guild admin to handle the guilds, and that will need to be someone who is on a lot. Anything else we need? Couple of GMs, some GPs and a chief, and some LAT+NAT.
