Yeah uhh.. my average MS used to be 90-130, and would never jump even if I refreshed stuff.

Now it jumps between 100 and 200 constantly as a range... goes steady at 110 then switches to 180 and goes steady for awhile.

They definitely should go with New York if they want to please NA and EU the most.
new york or anything close to that would be the best option for everyone, and i doubt that there's a substantial price difference compared to the seattle servers (for servers of the same quality)

Damn, Tk's is even better than mine.
But mine is still pretty damn legit, and I've not gone under 150ms since the server change.
150-200 average now.
