Why euro?

I wasn't sure if this could go here but I use my innishative for once...

I was just wondeirng what other peoples opinion on the new Euro system. My personal opinion is that its pretty stupid because it costs people more money. (Only costs me an extra £10 but to americans its round about $20)

Also the Euro is not as recognised as the dollar so most people can relate better to the dollar than the euro. (For example I know that for £1 you get round about $2)

Anyways I was just wondering what all you thought of this,

Not in my country :P and also I was saying that the Dollar is more widely known than the Euro and can be easily assosiated with. Plus the face that I don't really like the E.U. but thats a different matter

I agree with that I prefered going to France and getting Franks etc but now its all the same...and the only countries that really support it are France etc..

To get more money out of it xd and the cover up was that it costs SOOOOOOOOO much money to convert the currencies.

But the worth goes constantly down. As I remember you can still pay in US $

Yes, PayPal converts them, but we still end up paying more.

It doesn't matter to us WHY the price went up, but it did.

I think that changing it to euros was a bad move; if they're really losing money, move to America

Not anyone in North America uses the American Dollar ...

But anyway, it would be best to use USD since most people live in America, as far as I can tell.

By "American Dollar" I mean the United States Dollar.

Sorry that I got those mixed up.

And, Canadians use the Canadian dollar, and Mexicans use something else most likely.. There are also some other countries.

lol consider yourself lucky....imagine if the price was changed to pounds you would be ripped off even more lol.

I liked it the old system basicly cause its was half price (sorta!) for the stuff i wanted lol.

like server renting for a year was only £50 (round abouts)
