He means when there are no players in the level you're observing, the focus just shifts in one direction... that's about it.

yea, bring back ghost mode, observer mode just makes me think the staff is too lazy to let you move anywhere you want

What?

How does it make them lazy that they made something more in-depth then just a trial mode where your character was practically offline?

I would have rather them just expand on ghost mode than have observer mode. Ghost mode only had a few problems, and that was mainly their interpretation of scripts and such--not loading tilesets, not being able to open NPC doors or warps and similar things. If those things were fixed it wouldn't be so bad, at least players would be able to actually check things out without feeling so frustrated...

I liked ghost mode too I got so jealous when I first came on gk and saw people beating up mushrooms and leveling up that I just had to upgrade myself xD
But haven't seen the observer mode yet so...

When trials go to observer mod like 10 times in day they stop playin graal . Thats what i think, cose they lose time .

yeah well at least more people are playing now... before they wouldn't play at all cause there items didn't save =/ ghost mode sucked.

With the new trial system you can actually bring in friends and show them the ropes of the game. before you couldn't even do that. only on classic servers could you do that.

At the very least, observer mode should cause the player to 'disappear' the same way it did for ghost mode. Having the players just stop there is sometimes confusing and could interfere with events and such (scripts can't be run on players in observer mode, so they cannot be kicked from events).

dude, before, observer, Zone's count was 50+, the next day after observer mode was implmented and everyone used up their time, the count was 10...I think there's a problem
