why??

just because someone is inactive doesn't mean not to go ahead?
i think if you got something good like that then don't stop it because somebody is inactive.
it's insane, Gk has a wide staff team and plenty of people willing to make the gfx for new wands and such. plus there are loads of kingdom lat's too.
the project should not stop or be delayed because of 1 person.
if it were like that in all cases there wouldn't be a gk at all.

It was practically finished. Basically just wasn't released.

Eh no. If the files were finished and on Debug it would be an easy thing to release it. There are only the wand images and archtypes and some gani but that's it.

Well, that shouldn't really be a problem, no? You can make the levels yourself.

I don't know about the idea exactly and nothing about the concept so I can not make any script.

And what do you want with the level? The level where the stuff is is totally irrelevant is there is no concept and no script for the stuff that should be in there.

No. The event was outside on the gmap all the time. There was soom wood on it that supposed to be the floor.
