I think you should make Link in a cautious stance that shows he's unaware of his surroundings as if he heard a few rocks move by Gohma. Both shield and sword ready.

Huge Zelda fan, love the picture but I agree with Luda in that his stance should be changed so he doesn't look so clueless.

Link is supposed to be clueless. He's completely unaware of what's crawling out of the shadows behind him. But yes, he is messing up the overall picture so I will probably rework him. I don't know how though :/

Firstly, I'd like to say, awesome pic Dust.

But I've nitpicked a couple things that I think you could do to make the picture look better. So, first thing I noticed was how bright the fairy was and how it luminates the monster with it's brightness infront of it, and still manages to do the same for the link behind it. (Correct me if i'm wrong, and just seeing it akwardly.) But what I got from this is that obviously the fairy is bright and has a wide radius of lighting. So what I saw was that it wasn't lighting up the atmosphere along with the characters? So I put something to show you what I mean in my edit.

Also my second thing is why is Link so bright in comparison to the monster? It personally makes no sense to me that everything is in this extremely dark cave, yet Link is bright as all hell like he's got some type of aura. I personally think he would benifit with more blending with the background, a little darkening and maybe a bit more blue-ish glow from the fairy. Nothing crazy, but just a bit of blending yakno? I personally didn't take it to a far extent in my edit, but I just darkened him a bit to give you a feel of what i'm saying.

But yeah, that's all i've got really.. hopefully I helped ya a bit. If not, well atleast I tried. Either way, good work and keep up with dem skillz.

Link's lighting is mainly because it would be hard to portray him if he wasn't lit, however as I said Link as a whole is messing it up so he will probably be reworked in a way that will complement the lighting
