Tileset Question

OK i was wondering if you guys could help me with something.... Say I have a tileset but there are multiple grass tiles and nothing is in the same spot as the normal tileset i do i make the client know what is blocking and what is the ocean and suck i looked though like 5 pages of tileset post and didn't understand fully... do i need a text file?? could someone show me an example please?

There are only two tileset types old (0), and new(1). If you haven't already made a bunch of levels using the tileset type 0 I suggest makeing your tileset a type 1.

Donald posted some information about this a while ago. Here's the link. It should be very helpful.

You can also rescript the default movement system, and add blocking and other tile actions manually.
