Intro
Well, you only need one thing, and that is a program for MIDI making. Anyone using Windows should have MIDI support on their computer automaticly.
I will use
MIDI Maker as an example throughout this thread.
Installation
Lets
download MIDI Maker! Once the installer has downloaded, run the .exe and follow the instructions. The only thing you will be asked in the installation is wich path you want it to be installed into.
Now MIDI Maker should be installed, and ready to run!
Creating a MIDI
Once you open MIDI Maker, start by selecting an instrument.
You can click or click & drag anywhere in the grid to place the selected tune. If you wish to have more then one tune at the same place in your MIDI, change layer before placing it or the old tune will be replaced.
Eventually it will look something like this:
If you want the tempo to be faster or lower, try changing it (default is 120). When you are satisfyed, save it (File > Save or Ctrl + S), then Export it to MIDI (File > Export to MIDI or Ctrl + E). You have now made your own MIDI!
