Black turning to green on tilesets?

The attached image shows a custom tileset widely used on Valikorlia. All the bright, neon greens are supposed to be black. I assume this a bug for Graal5 since it started messing up after the update.

I'd also like to mention that there's a copy of this tileset, but it's brown, and the black hasn't turned to green.

i think its because all the black images go transparent x.x

If all the black images go transparent, why isn't all the black transparent?

Yes, transparencies sometimes shows up as neon green when it is on a tileset for some reason. This existed on v4 too but I think v5 just added the true black = trans thing.
