Honestly now...

Whats is going on? Everyone was so happy that all the servers came back and they all crashed AGAIN?!

I thought they just needed to put new memory in and thats why it crashed the last time.... this is getting sort of odd now. Rackshack has a real bad reputation for things like this =/

ummm heh no comment I just woudlnt use anyone that 1) doesnt have a tier 1 provider 2) doesnt have easy access to there servers no i dont mean remote i mean direct access 3) cant swap ram or have a server backup in less then 3 hours 4) and never use a reseller or out of the box leased server hosting company

I can have one of my techs down at the datacenter within 30 minutes, we have Muti Homed OC 48 connections

we offer custom server setups also hence... small providers are the best
