Why most servers dont succeed .

This isn't bashing any new servers this is simply some things you guys should know to make a successful server.

1. Originality
None of you seem to get this, but people don't want a alternative Zodiac or a Era with a new map... Thats not gonna work.
People play Zodiac are dedicated.. I see it everyday, people will get up early just to farm gear... So if you just bring something that zodiac been had what crowd are you gonna attract ? Thats why Maloria's comeback went so good.

2. A Team.
Ok I see alotta servers have a good team (LATs DEVs...) but there work ethics and connection to the community is poor. You need a leader to run a good succesfull project
Example: fowlplay4, this man is witty and a boss. He tells his team what to do, he won't do anything for months and still has a dedicated team.
This says alot about not just him, but his server.

3. Advertising
Most of you lack advertising your server. But some servers do advertise there servers alot, but then there server doesn't have Step 1 so why even try it?
Or there server is just another Graal2001,UN,N-Pulse...
If you have a wide spread of friends, they should play it... then there friends.. then there friends. Making your server big is more then just a post in the Graal news. You have to work also ..
