The prior system was scrapped for similar reasons, quit trading problems; solve them.

The solution to this system is its completion, as originally planned by those who founded the idea and has reiterated a thousand times over,
Most importantly:
A purpose to raiding: The Point-Shop is a must.
Secondly: Guidelines to maintaining or losing gang-ship.
Thirdly: A systematic method for gang events and other competitions outside of raiding that are conducted in a COMPETENT manner.

In addition, guns stats were never to break the .1 freezetime limit at the release of gang guns.
Gang Guns were supposed to be at-most, adjusted to Tear 2 Standards (.15 freezetime).
Basically, average weapons with unique abilities.
Their statistics are still stored by me (about 9-13 of them).

The gang system, as of yet, is partially functioning due to the fact that its partially completed. Reverting to a primitive system would solve nothing... rather, just finish it.
