The 10 second wait doesnt stop me from changing heads... uhh Yah.

Works fine on the servers I have tried, there must be a script bypassing it.
Edit: Looks like UN, Atlantis, Delteria, and many other servers have a script like this. Doesn't happen on N-Pulse, Classic and Shaded Legend though. Tested with v4 and v2.
