Item Quests still messed up..?

I tried giving the Mayor of Harmonia the rabbit tooth charm and she does nothing. The Mayor in the Bomb trading house is the one that needs the earrings, along with a couple of other people. I believe this is the only way that you can get earrings, and if the Harmonia mayor is bugged, well..
Suggestions?

It works two ways.
One way is the Mayor in Harmonia, you give her the tooth charm for earrings. With the earrings you take it to the guy sleeping near Bomboria.
The other way is
Goto Tanarathia(sp), inside the 'Hair Shop' is another NPC. Give her the tooth charm for earrings. Take the earrings to the guy sleeping near Bomboria.

Did you check in the Bomboria Pub if her part of the quest was activated? O_o

yesterday it worked quite fine. Someone complained, I checked it and it worked.

Well someone fixed it, because yesterday the girl in Bomboria's hair cut place was asking for earrings, and now she's asking for a necklace o_O
And on another one of the quests, one where you have to find the daughter, the daughter is stuck far inside the wall in the dungeons, you can't even reach her.
