No, Vulcan is well known throughout the Graal community, and is obviously trusted by Graal Administration.

Not entirely sure if it's this Vulcan, but it makes sense.
As his custom title says, he's GK staff, so you probably heard from him there.

I am the LAT for Crescent Pirates on Graal Kingdoms and also a Developer/Events Admin on Zone. After MagicalTux left his position I started helping here and there with guilds along with my other jobs which has led to myself becoming the Guilds Admin. If anyone has a problem with the my appointment to Guilds Admin you can use any of the above contacts and talk to me about it there. However, I hope that is not needed.
