If you have a dual core processor, try disabling one of the cores for the Graal process. Its in the task manager (Rightclick -> set affinity). As stupid as it may sound, it actually fixes a lot of problems I have with games. EX: Chronicles of Rid**** and planet side both ran either extra fast or lagged unplayably until I disabled a core. It also worked for me on Graal.

One thing I have notice is when I uncheck "Use minimal video resources" (or whatever it is) Graal function better and does really eat up more of my resources.

I'm using Vista with a 23 inches screen and have no problem at all, and I actually never had any with Graal.
