Pixel Life Preview
I have been working in the shadows for a couple of days, doing tons of stuff for pixel life, Lots of graphics are done , but scripting and levels are far away from completion. I have been hard at work on the tileset, heres a basic house so far, I need ideas to make the roof better.

Looks decent...the colors need to be dulled a bit, because they jump out and slap you in the face in a sense. But other than that, it looks pretty good.

That brick-road-thing leading up to the house looks like crap. Door knob is too high. Other than that, I love it.

You mean the rounded rectangles on the door? Change them... make them symmetrical. Change the door completely for all I care, im just saying, the door knob is to far up.

Graphically it's OK, but I just don't see it really fitting with the graal system.

Maybe you just need to get rid of that Graal sprite (aka add custom bodies, which i'm almost sure you will.)

Well, perhaps you should increase the size of the road bricks, so they look more like the house bricks, that'd make sense. I doubt it'll be a much visited playerworld, because most casual players care more for graphical good-looking quality then any 'art'.

What's with the sides of the house?
And the roof looks like re-colored bricks from the side of the house... and not like a roof =x

The path is kinda growing on me as I look at it... but it does seema bit too bright. Also, if you're going to go for a detailed gfx look, then you'll need to add more detail to the bricks. Level-wise, it seems kinda square and boring... but I'm assuming you just wanted to show off the gfx, and not good quality levels.
