There's three speeds: Slow(Heavy Infantry, Grenaider, Defender, etc.) Regular(Lightinfantry, Sapper, Medic etc.) and Fast (Commando, Scout, etc.)

Slowest- Defender, Heavie Infantry, Chemical Trooper, Engineer.
Slow- Grenadier, Sapper, Ripper Infantry, Medic, Dark Powers.
Fast- Commander, Light Infantry, Squad Leader.
Fastest- Commando, Scout, Light Powers.

I'm pretty certain commander is just as fast as Commando, scout, light powers.
