Unable to open pop-up

Hello,
When I want to refill my Gelats and pay by credit card, it won't open to the website. I have to do it all manually which is a pain. I checked pop-up blocker, and it's not blocking Graal. What do I do :O

Do you get the message that says you're trying to open x page, and you choose "open", or whatever it says?

Yes. But when I press open it doesn't open.
