Connection Time

OK, I am trying to boot up the Graal client, and as normal it comes up with the connection message.

But it will hang on that message for about 25 - 30 seconds after I boot up the client, and also the client is really slow. It takes up to 15 seconds for the echo in RC to tell me I have updated a weapon. I have checked my connection and the speed is fine with all my browsers and even minecraft! I don't know what I have done or if it is an issue with the Graal client, but is anybody else having this issue?
