Posts being deleted!

I'm sure most people have had the problem of posts being deleted as I just have and I do not think my post was deleted for a justifiable reason. The forums rules are there as a set of boundries/guidelines on what you can or cannot post and I have followed them with great intention but when a post is deleted for a reason not deemed as against the rules you begin to wonder who's rules are actually carried out on the forums, the ones posted or ones made up as they go along. My post was acceptable by the rules but was still deleted. I think the rules and posting guidelines need to be greatly revised and carried out between members and the staff.

Believe me, I'm sure there was a reason. I very much doubt anyone is "Abusing" mod powers here, if that is what you are thinking.

The problem was: your thread was flat out discussing a ban. If you were to pose it in a more hypothetical way, you might have gotten away with it.

Mine been deleted alot. Many of which have information in them. Its man goddess though if you're wondering who. Well 90% of the time atleast.

You can make a forum friendly for all ages but they do go a bit over the top with the what you can and cant do.

Perhaps asking about the ban; then complaining about it, is the most logical course of action. People tend to appear annoying when posting in such a manner.


Ask why you were, how was what you did wrong, and what can be done to have it lifted - if possible. It really depends on what you did, that is if you did what they banned you for. If you want to make a case in the instance of being wrongly banned, then do so in a polite manner.

Was I rude about it? I was not making a direct post on the ban I was mainly targeting the whole punishment system and how bad it is!

It's not bad, it's the way it needs to be. Letting people go easy is why people tend to come back and do it again.

Although, it would be most reasonable and polite for the moderator or admin to explain to you why it was deleted. That way threads like this wouldn't be posted.

I have read the rules and find them reasonable. I didn't actually see your post though, I'm sure there was a reason for it. Perhaps you haven't look hard enough.

The post was fine (an illogical ban at that) and I really don't agree with the censoring/deletion of anything unharmful to the public.

Also @ Tsonic- see the post next time before you support or go against it, just...wow

If you have a problem with something a moderator did, discuss it through PM's or some other means, or with the forum admin, dont make a thread about it
