3. Seriously? My high-school basketball experience didn't matter one iota in my college applications. Maybe if I was applying for the
basketball team it might. But by your logic (game that doesn't matter = team work + leadership), I guess gang raids in Era would also teach you leadership and team work. Hell, joining the nearest cheerleading squad or playing a match of Halo could teach you team work and leadership. But I hope to God you wouldn't put any of those on your college application.
4. Anything can be an addiction. If you played basketball for eight hours a day, it'd be an addiction. You're in control of your actions. If something is an addiction, it's not the object or activity - it's
your fault and
your problem.
