Servers going down

How come in the past 48 hours or so, some servers have been going down? If you check the Graal.us statistics, you can see all the worlds going down. I've tried admin panel to restart my gserver+npcserver but nothing happens.
Who else's server went down?

My server (Arkland Empires) has gone down twice in the last 48 hours. (each time others have gone down).

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Once it becomes stable again, it normally stays that way for a while.

I'm sure it's just a minor thing and it'll be resolved. There are plenty of these topics in the Playerworlds forum, and you've posted in them. There is no reason to post here =/

Stefan does look in the tech support forum. For tech support threads. I doubt he looks in the main forum much, post in the right place and he may reply. *Moves*

yes we are paying customers, im sure my manager would like to have a reimbursement on our lost time.

In case the server goes down you can restart it using the adminpanel on graalonline.com. We are trying to find out the problem.

A reimbursement would be nice, but what would it be? USD $.25?

Stefan: last time I tried the admin panel, I got an error saying adminpanel does not exist on this server.

Edit: By the way, I would have tried the admin panel before ever posting or trying to contact anyone.

Stefan was on today and he said it's because a server's (I will not name it) NPC server is taking up like 3 GBs. He said he'll get into contact with that server, fix things up and restart the servers.
