Tiles..

..Heres some tiles I started...not really close to completed yet, I have all the terrain finished (grass,sand, dirt etc.) just didnt feel like putting in the image to post, but tell me what you guys think. Also I made my own g2k1 styled bodies...wanted him to look like a gangster. Btw, I meant for the tiles to have a cartoonish feel to them.

Pretty neat. The wavy gray stuff, though... I dunno what that is, exactly.

Oh, those are the start of my cliffing tiles...I havnt finished them yet, But im working on them as we speak. I tried to make them as simplistic as possible.

The doors' shiny/reflection part is a bit overdone in my opinion. There's too much of it.

i feel that the shading is bland; not thats its bad, just that its all so very plain, maybe by adding tiny details itll look very interesting

Yeah, they don't look very rock-like.

And why are the cliffs grey? o_o

I didnt know that all cliffs in the world were brown...thats why their gray.
And the shading is meant to look plain, its supposed to be cartoony styled...cartoons dont have details in them.

Even though it's cartoony, I think you should still make the rocks look like rocks.

Well I fixed the coloring of the bushes, and I also learned a new technique for making rocks, so here it is.
