When they get finished. Does the concept of "It will be finished whenever they finish it" elude you? There is no definite time.

No it doesn't elude me. If you want a project to get done you need to set a time for it to be done. If people have to push, then they'll do it when they feel like it and they will take forever. I'm sure Tseng is smart enough to have some idea as of to when he wants to be done.

I want them to be done now, but that's just not feasible. So, they'll be done as soon as they can be - which is as soon as the level makers finish. The one which will take the longest will probably be Bellasera; but we'll see how things go.

Bellaserra, in all honesty, is my favorite.

Not that I'll give them any special treatment just because it is my brainchild. Oi. Kingdoms are under construction, and work IS being done. If you need proof, look at Kaitou.
