Where can i get a program to scan this virus and delete it -.-

Any large superstore like CompUSA or Best Buy, Circuit City, even Wal-Mart.

Stuff like Norton Systemworks, McAffe, etc.

There also other anti-virus programs out there like inoculateIT...

You asked where you can get one. He answered it. Don't be so harsh.

You can't just download a program. You might be able to get a free trial of Norton AntiVurs, I don't know.
