I notice that many playerworld managers create threads only stating that they need help for their project or are hiring a certain staff member without giving much information.
I think that in order to attract
quality people to your project you need to advertise your playerworld to the best of your ability.
Try including some of this information in your thread before posting it.
- State the goal of your project.
- Post screenshots of what you have created already, to help pursuade people to join your project.
- Post your story line if any.
- List your skills of development if you have any.
- When stating requirements for the positions be specific.
- Developing playerworlds should look for Development staff such as NATs, GATs, and LATs.
- Don't post threads promising people who join you project power. I.E. "Looking for a skilled manager"
Just basic hints for the newer playerworld managers who I see from time to time post something like
