Can someone help me I need to know what color streaks of light on the window of this image.

Opacity would probably be very helpful for this. White is usually the standard color used for streaks of light on glass. What you should probably do is draw a non-transparent glass, then lay it over the image with some opacity.

Well if its non transparent then I would not see axe ok lemme go look up wtf opacity is brb.

You can't :P You have to use something else like Photoshop, Gimp or such.

While paint may get you through the actual work of pixel-art, it's not enough to finalize it. It lacks transparency(just about needed in most situations), you can't index your work(needed for offline viewing in Graal, and to lower file-size), and doesn't do the small stuff like you need here.

I seriously suggest looking into a secondary program to use for your work for final touches. I personally use Paint+Photoshop.

Photoshop legally costs about a thousand dollars, students licenses still several hundred bucks.

You should take a look at gimp and paint.net, or search for an alternative

Liberated has a spectacular aura about
some people prefer 'pure' pixel art, which means not using opacity.
you could however, do that, and then study how the colors should become.
