Hello.
As of about one years ago, Apple released plans to sell Apple computers with Intel processors inside them.
Around this time, Stefan shared hints that with the new Intel Macs, there would be a version of Graal for the new Macs that would run smoother, and have developmental tools that Mac has lacked since the release of the Mac client for Graal.
One such post is here:

All versions of Graal, including the now released v5, have been created specifically for the PowerPC computers. Stefan promised that there would be a tools once the Intel Macs were created.
Currently, there are no tools for the Mac. In fact, there is no client for the Intel mac.
For Intel Macs to run PowerPC programs, they use Rosetta emulation technology. This emulation, as all emulation, is far slower than if it were running natively.
Universal applications can run both on PowerPC and on Intel Macs at full speeds. On most applications, not much is needed to port an application from PowerPC to Intel. As stated, Universal applications run on PowerPC and Intel macs, so in that case you only need to make one version.
As you have said that there would be Intel Mac versions of Graal, I was much expecting v5 to have this breakthrough. However, v5 is also PowerPC, and runs actually slower than v4 did on Mac. v5 runs faster on my older iBook G4, but it is still rather slow (the iBook has bad specifications).
I would really like to see a Universal version of Graal v5 made available to players, as well as development tools. The development tools I would like to see are:
- Remote Control for Mac. The scripted RC is nothing like the normal one, and it is impossible to script on.
- Graal Shop for Mac.
- Graal Level Editor for Mac. Please do not say the online one, because I'm quite sick of hearing this. This was supposed to be finished by Christmas of 2005. Two years ago.
So, can one of the admins please answer all of the following questions:
1) Will there be a Universal Mac version of Graal ever?
2) If so, when?
3) Will there ever be a version of Graal for Mac that has
all of the features features that Windows has?
4) Will there ever be Mac development tools?
Thank you for reading this,
