Quest problem

The women in the Zehn village cards room has been looking for her Granddaughter for over a week atleast (probably longer) she doesn't give a location to find her granddaughter and judging by the time involved im presuming the granddaughter doesn't exist.

More likely it's stuck inside somewhere, or in someone's house.

Odd because I was fairly certain it would reset if left to sit for x amount of time.

It did the same with the old guy in west haunted house for about a whole month
he's not even on the list anymore and last time i checked he's still asking for his daughter, but has no idea where she is.

I don't know how hard it is but it would be cool if there was some auto cut of point and a quest is replaced if not completed within 24 hours or so

It doesn't seem that way, because rather than saying that she doesn't know where the granddaughter is, she just doesn't say anything about the granddaughter's location at all.

It's been doing this a lot lately X_x I don't understand how things work fine for years then just randomly break.

those things exists in devices too.
like this laptop i'm typing at, it been running fine the last week, yesterday it was sloow and had to restart several times, today running fine again.

The problem i mentioned last week is still there without change, but in addition to that for the last 30 mins the girl south of Santerrain has been looking for her cousin, yet when you talk to her she just says "Bzoom Bzoom"

Edit: Though she seems to still be looking for other random things, appears the quest is working but the pub is displaying it wrong.

Sorry for double post, found the cousin, the pub still thinks the girl south of santerrain was looking for her but she isn't so i checked all the possible people who could be looking for her including the boy in kontai mansion and none of them actually are. After saying "wait here" she dissapeared.
