New NPC Command idea things.

Blah, here I go with my new NPC commands:

1. settileset filename; Allows the level maker to put in a custom tileset in his levels, this is already sort of possible with backpals, but a completely new tileset could be better in some cases.
2. setspriteset filename; To add to settileset you can also then make your own custom carrried bushes and the like.
3. setbacktile x,y; Sets a certain tile to be under the push/pull blocks terrain things.

I'll probably think of some more later

The command for setting the picsxxx.png will
more look like
setlevelpics world, picsnewmain.png;
or so, then it will use picsnewmain.png
instead of pics1.png in all levels that start with
'world' (will be saved to a special file so that
remembers it for the next login).

On the other hand, why not just make one bigger tileset?

Do you have any idea how long it would take to make a level when you've got lots of tiles like that?

That's why I posted what I did, and woohoo, Stefan actually replied to it, his system si actually pretty cool and would work too, picsservername.png is what it would be then, you just have to screipt Graal that if it doesn't exist it just uses pics1.png
