24bit png tileset?

The current graal 2. something doesnt support 24 bit png tilesets. Will the new graal 3.0 with level editor support 24bit png files?

-Ramirez- has a spectacular aura about
It's supposed to have 24 bit PNG support, isn't it? So yeah... I guess it's just a question of whether or not it'll be available for the tileset as well. It'd be nice to be able to use any number of colors.

Graal v3 already supports 24bit PNGs, I am sure that is supported for tilesets as well.

Just a temporary fix but couldnt you break the tileset up in sections and use tiledef2 to include more colors? I also hate the color limit because the Fear tileset was 423 colors before I had to reduce it but it still looks great.

Just do what TB3 said, chop it up, it will make it easier for editing/uploading as well, you wont have to upload a huge image everytime you want to edit a single tile...

Well with 11,455 colors I would have to chop it into 44.74609375 pecies. I would rather just have it in one big image.

It's gunna take you like 5 minutes to upload a fix to a tile though... I'd much rather have it chopped into 40 some pieces...
