Update for GServer, NPCServer, mainly script related

All playerworlds (except Era, Zodiac, Zone, Kingdoms and Unholy Nation) have been restarted for the latest gserver and npcserver update:

- When loading player accounts and NPCs then variables which look like numbers but are out of the integer range will stay a string instead of being converted to a false integer (had problems with facebookids like 100001080304076)
- The functions loadjson/loadjsonfromstring are now accepting arrays "[]" instead of only objects "{}"
- echo() now supports outputting text with newline characters
