New PWA members

After strenuous hours working late at the office and churning up overtime (just kidding) we have three new members for the PW team. Originally, we were going to have 4, but the 4th member has yet to be decided. We hope to have the 4th member listed here by the end of the week. Anyhow, the three new members are:

-Kisharha
-Spark911
-Houdiniman

Congratulations to them. Either Nemesis or I will be getting in contact with you in the near future (or you can get in contact with me, even easier). You'll get more information about what your jobs are and what's expected of you later on, for now, just hold tight.

I would like to say it was not an easy choice....12 out of 55 applications it was narrowed down to.

AS picked the majority I went over and just told him my thoughts. He would be primary incharge of this team...so I gave him most of the input since it will be his main focus and mine as well but more so his to get him in the feel of things.

Everyone who made it to the final 12 is being held there, and I will ask for more applicants in the future incase of expanding or unfortunate losses to our team...Those who had an exceptional application, have been hired, also those who did make the 12 are in line incase anything were to happen to the team.

We currently may expand the team to 1-2 more people, so out of the 12 people, you may receive an email in the coming few days to convince us why you deserve this spot..

Congrats to everyone...we tried to be fair as possible...hiring is never easy...and just hopefully others can see the teams value rise, and hopefully we can get more work done so we now can review your worlds...help you more so with your problems, etc etc etc....

p.s. Do not ask when to apply. I will announce if we need more applicants. So have faith and keep posting and do what you've been doing and you could be next on the PW team...Things may change with the new pay for your server deal, but we will keep this going as far as we can. =D

IM at school right now, and cant physically wait to get home. Thankyou to Nem and Aftershock for letting me on the team. I will do everything I can to help with PWs. At the moment I have got to re-download Dead-AIM and then I will have a screen-name just for PWA. As I have family and friends on my current s/n, and so, I don’t want to do all the PWA through that. But for now, I will gladly help best I can through AIM/E-mail/ICQ.

Yeah, sorry to the people who didn't make it, but look on the positive side, if I get run over by a car, or become obsolete, someone else will be hired, lol. =D

Im in Business Studies, and we are in computer rooms, so thats 3Hours of computers so far, plus about 8 from yesterday when I was at home reformating and installing OSs. So my eyes are burning, but i'll be on later tonight. The chances of going on computers in science or English are slim, as it wouldn't fit in with what we are doing, so my eyes will be A-OK by then.
