Incorrect. If the person (or who ever holds ownership of the PC and/or ISP connection) can afford both a computer and an ISP connection then there is no excuse for why they don't pay. Its thier choice and that is the consequences thereof. To say that they can't afford it is a blatant lie. Not being allowed is a different case, but that is thier problem, not Graal Online's.
Why should GO be penalized just because Mr. Newbie's parents won't pay for the upgrade or that he won't pay for it on his own? GO does not own your money except that which you pay to them for the upgrade(s), so they are in no way obligated to treat all players the same. It isn't right to give equal parts to those who pay and those who don't/won't. It makes spending that money for those benefits a waste since you could've gotten them free.
Thats how all businesses work. If you really want it you'll pay for it, otherwise, you'll have to deal without. Graal isn't based on Socialistic ideals. What incentive would there be if, for example, all the playerworlds had to follow a very strict ruleset that limited all forms of creativity or originality with the exception of the company servers? Everything other than GK, Graal2001, and Classic would be boring and bland.
...I think I've gone a bit off topic :x
