General Needs/Requirements of an iDevice/Facebook Server

Can there please be a post of the general, more appropriately specific, requirements to get an iDevice and/or (if the "or" is possible) facebook server up? This should be sticky btw, so people know.

2. setup a serverwarp script
3. develop
4. make something that stefan/eurocenter like enough to make you an ios/facebook server
5. finish server enough for release

So my best bet with content for a PC server already is try to follow the needs in scripting for a facebook server, then get stefan (hopefully) to open a facebook server, port content, debug, and viola?
