Proof of ownership and permissions is one of the hardest things for a PWA to deal with. While rules dictate that what is made for a server belongs to a server there can often be extenuating circumstances regarding them. Thats where we have to judge on a case by case basis.

When a developer makes something for a server, it belongs to that server. This gives that particular server owner content rights. What he/she does with the content is up to that person. They are free to give it away or use it in their own server development. Usually they use it for its intended purpose but if they have no plans to continue with their project they will often use it in a new project.

We have on rare occasions demanded content removal its normally been because a developer was scammed of their work under false circumstances. We will not get involved with personal disputes though because a couple friends decided to have a falling out. We will also no longer enforce any side contracts made between two parties.

The bottom line is this. She owns the content and has the right to do with it whatever she wants. You can not use the content you've made for her server specifically for other servers without her permission first. You can alter your own scripts to make them react/look differant since most scripters tend to have a pattern to their scripting but who would want several differant servers with the exact same content anyway. She is free to use your scripts to apply for other jobs but as was said already, she's going to fail the moment they ask her to make something original and hopefully in time people will just realize she's a fake and stop hiring her.

I personally would like to see a public list of known fakes/content stealers/server abusers so that they couldn't find a staff job anywhere. I have my doubts about the value of it though since they would just use multiple accounts and be hard for admins to track.
