Vista Permissions

I am posting this for Clash:

Vista has a permissions error that prevents Graal from updating if it is installed in C:\Program Files\*

It solved by cutting/pasting my folder to C:\Graal\
But unless you're the admin account, you can't update stuff in program files very easily.

I don't think this should be considered a bug. Graal no longer installs to Program Files (on Vista at least). Program files is write-protected because it is not meant for program data (like heads, shields and such).

Yes Vista has a strange protection where programs are allowed to write into the program files folder, but when you start a program from the program files folder then it is not allowed to write into its own folder, thats why there are also problems with Firefox. Graal installs into the Users folder now so it shouldn't make problems anymore.

It will also redirect it to the virtual store (CUsers\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore).
